A wonderful brand new luxurious 4 bedroom vacation home located minutes from the beach. Custom designed by a local architect and built by master
craftsmen, this unique home has high ceilings and open spaces with tall windows for lovely natural lighting. The open kitchen has a spectacular 12 foot long quartz
island, stainless steel appliances and a convenient large pantry.
There are two master bedroom suites with king sized beds, walk-in closets and modern bathrooms. Two other bedrooms, each with a private bath, have twin
beds. A pull out sofa bed in the living room provides space for two additional guests. Special trim work and muted colors throughout add to the coastal style
charm.
A screened porch across the back of the home has a beautiful view of the patio with new private pool/spa and a lagoon. The downstairs area by the pool has
everything to relax and enjoy the outdoors plus a new built-in gas grill. The pool and spa may be heated, spring and fall for an additional fee. You may use the
garage along with plenty of parking space on the driveway. Three car passes are included.
Sea Pines Resort offers over $150 million in resort amenities with three world class championship golf courses, miles of bike paths, Harbourtown waterfront shops and restaurants, South Beach with Salty Dog restaurant and shops, tennis courts and all the amenities while you vacation only seconds to the beach. Summary: Excellent location. Lovely pool and clean home. No extras in the kitchen, plan to bring salt and pepper and basics along with extra paper products. There is only enough there to start a family off for a day or two. Which is fine, just plan ahead and have a grocery order already placed. The rooms are large and the layout ensures privacy, Nice little touches in the hallways like ample hooks for wet towels. We would definitely stay again.
