Our Villa features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a Master bedroom with Queen Bed, full ensuite bathroom. One guest room features a Queen Bed, the other features 2 Twin beds. The kitchen is off of the living room and features all modern appliances & granite countertops.
The entire home and yard are provided with protected WIFI and a Smart TV in the living room. The Master also has a TV.
We provide all linens, towels, beach/pool towels, beginning (starting) toiletries, paper supplies.
Our home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master bedroom features a Queen Bed, a full ensuite bathroom, and a TV. One of the guest rooms has a Queen bed and the other is equipped with 2 Twin beds. All of the bedrooms have closets and air conditioning. Upon entering the house, you are in an open floor plan living room with all upscale furniture and decor, which leads through the gourmet, fully equipped kitchen, to the amazing patio and relaxing back yard.
When you enter the backyard, you are in your own personal tropical oasis. A stunning, in-ground saltwater pool, multiple lounge areas, outdoor dining, and a custom BBQ and Pizza Oven! The laundry area is on the side of the Villa and also stores all of the pool toys and beach chairs and coolers, for your enjoyment.
The house is surrounded by a concrete wall fence on 3 sides, and a concrete and iron gate fence in the front, with a rolling gate to secure your vehicle on the property if you rent one.
We provide all linens, towels, beach/pool towels, beginning toiletries, paper supplies. We also (at an extra charge) can have groceries for you in the fridge upon your arrival (beer and wine too if needed)! If you want extra housekeeping during your stay (departure cleaning included in pricing) we can arrange that as well. We can also arrange a rental vehicle if you need it. A Crib, high chair, car seat, and rollaway beds are available at an additional cost of $25 per reservation.
We have provided our home with everything we want it to provide us with while we are there in Aruba, so we truly hope we provide you with everything you will need!
You can access the entire home and garden! We will meet and greet you on your arrival, so please provide your flight arrival and departure information!
One of our team members will greet you at the home. Our Guest Concierge is available throughout your stay for whatever you may require! We are happy to arrange rental vehicles, excursions, dinner reservations, and more! If it can be done in Aruba, we can book it for you!
Only for bookings made directly on our website, a refundable damage deposit of $250 USD will be pre-authorized to your credit card 2 days prior to CHECK-OUT. This is an authorization, not a charge, and will automatically be returned to you within 7 days as long as no damage to the property or missing items are discovered at your check-out.
Other than the automatic monthly discount, no more than 1 (one) discount may be applied to any booking. If you are booking an advertised "special rate or price" NO OTHER DISCOUNTS may be applied. These "special rates or prices" are also NON-REFUNDABLE. Some properties have discount codes that are specific to them. If a guest uses a code that is not valid for their booking, the discount will be automatically removed and the new total price will be calculated and applied.
