Positive: What a gorgeous place for nature lovers, special treat is a running river (as waterfall) right next to house, we loved it. View of the lake Como - so peaceful. Property literally excellently located no matter where you travel: Menaggio,Bellagio, Villa del Balbianello, a bit further Lugano,Lecco and other towns on the other side. Kitchen well equipped and house overall is tidy and clean. Marco is very pleasant person.

Negative: From autumn, tourist supposed to pay heating bill which can be quite expensive. No washing machine. Parking on street can be quite full in the evenings.
