The elegant residence is in a quiet location, just a 20-minute walk (5-minute drive) from the lake shore. The town of Menaggio (7 minutes) is charming and not as busy as some of the other towns on the lake. It has a lovely square with a wide choice of cafés, restaurants and shops. Guests can take a ferry from Menaggio to Varenna or on to Bellagio and spend a day in these famously beautiful towns.
The apartment is close to many restaurants and other amenities. There is even a restaurant/pizzeria on the ground floor of the building for lunch, dinner or takeaway. Lake Como Adventures (20-minute drive), offers a wide range of activities including climbing, canyoning, hiking and skiing in the winter months.
