Positive: The aesthetic was cute. The snack basket was a nice touch. There were copies of the expectations and how to access YouTube TV available. The view is absolutely gorgeous. The bathroom was very nice. Unique artwork posted throughout the cottage. Once I reached out about my concerns, the group did respond quickly and professionally.

Negative: Communication. While sitting at the property with my family, I was initially unable to reach the POC and had to go through booking.com to get in touch. Also, there was no communication on how to use the non standard bathroom lock until after our stay and no communication about work being done on the property or to explain the piles of wood, the door, or random pieces of wood/brick in the yards. The posting indicated at least a spa available that is not. The bed was not comfortable at all.
