It doesn’t get closer to oceanfront living than this stunning freshly designed three-bedroom private beach home with two terraces. Located beside the famed surf spot known as ‘The Rock,’ this newly renovated beach home has it all from private beach access equipped with a resort-style fire-pit, chaise loungers and umbrellas. The main floor offers a freshly renovated kitchen that opens up to a large 8-person dining room, living room and terrace equipped with a top of the line barbecue grill—all featuring panoramic oceanfront views. There are two private bedrooms located on the main floor, one with a king bed and another with a queen bed and full trundle, as well as a bathroom conveniently located off the entry to wash the sand off your feet. Upstairs is a grand lofted bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom, which opens to a large private rooftop deck with another fire pit and plenty of seating for unparalleled sunset views of the Oceanside Pier. Drift to sleep to the sounds of the ocean from any room in the home.
Prime Location:
Located a short walk to South Oceanside’s budding neighborhood of restaurants and stores and a 20-minute walk to Oceanside attractions like the pier, the Strand (a popular filming location of the TV-series “Animal Kingdom”) and the Top Gun house as well as popular restaurants including Michelin star-rated Valle. It’s also a convenient 10 minute drive to Carlsbad Village and 13 minutes to Legoland.
