Negative: We got too many long, redundant emails leading up to the visit, and from different sources. The emails basically continued to tell me the same information. Then when we arrived, the code which had been provided was wrong. We eventually (20 minutes) got a reply to phone calls and received the correct code to enter. Apparently, there was a change in ownership or management of the property, and it appeared both Booking.com and Evolve were in charge, which made it very confusing. Also, we had to purchase some basic household products, which were in short supply (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, garbage bags). The property should have an information book, with recommendations on local restaurants, delivery, attractions, grocery store recycling, etc.
Summary: overall, good vacation.
