The living room features high ceilings with large windows that look out onto the golf course. Take comfort on large couches surrounding the flatscreen TV and gas fireplace. Walk out onto the large patio to enjoy cozy outdoor furniture surrounding a private natural gas fire, a BBQ grill, and a private hot tub.
The kitchen features ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, and a wine cooler. It is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. A breakfast bar allows seating for up to four, while the dining table seats up to eight.
The master bedroom is situated on the ground floor, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed, flat screen TV, fireplace, walk-in closet, private entrance to the patio, and ensuite bathroom. In the ensuite, you'll find a large soaking tub, spacious shower, and double vanity.

Downstairs, entertainment is at your fingertips with a brand new (fall 2023) game room, theatre room, and art room. In the game room, you'll enjoy foosball and a billiards table.
