Negative: Electrical hazard …fans and lights burned out due to miss wiring (per an electrician) so we were without fans and certain lights and no tv…mold on shower curtain , all over the wash machine and under kitchen sink and the front windows has sticky stuff all over them I had to clean them …. Pool furniture unusable and large wholes in several screens..not worth the money we spent to stay there …
