Welcome to 3420 Carolina Place! This spacious Sea Pines villa is an end unit and features amazing views of the lagoon and Lowcountry Wildlife.
As you enter 3420 Carolina Place, you are greeted with plenty of natural light and an amazing open floor plan. The living room features plenty of comfortable seating around the flat screen TV and direct access to the screened-in back porch. The screened-in porch makes for the perfect place to relax and unwind- you are sure to see some wildlife in the lagoon or forest, which backs right up to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve!
The kitchen is recently updated and fully-stocked, ready to take on all the heat! Guests can enjoy the convenience of all-new stainless steel-appliances and ample counterspace to prep snacks or prepare a dinner for family night. The dining table features seating for 6, and there is also a lovely breakfast nook in the kitchen that features plush seating and offers stunning views of the lagoon.
On the main level of the house sits both of the bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed, mounted flatscreen TV, and direct access to the porch- the additional seating out here is perfect for observing nature or gazing at the stars! The primary bathroom features a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed along with a flatscreen TV, and has access to a full bathroom right outside of the room. Upstairs you will find the third bedroom, which features 2 twin-sized beds along with a desk by the window with lagoon views. There is a full bathroom up here complete with a shower/tub combination.
