The kitchen and living room is a large open space to congregate during meals and there are two full bathrooms for convenience. There is also internet service and a strong cell signal in the house along with three smart TVs.
The neighborhood has a private beach to enjoy a picnic or utilize the lake in the summertime. In the wintertime, you can enjoy world-class skiing at Schweitzer only 19 miles away. In the summertime, there are endless water activities on the lake such as kayaking and paddleboarding, and hiking and biking all around. You will also enjoy the accessibility of being close to the town of Sandpoint (seven miles away) but secluded enough to enjoy privacy.
