With floor to ceiling and wall to wall glass, natural sunlight simply pours through the property. The well equipped kitchen features Viking appliances and attached bar. Separate formal dining room. Bathrooms are gorgeous and feature top tier finishes. The oversized Master Suite features a walk-in closet & luxury bath, and opens out to private pool and spa. The massive deck has several seating areas and BBQ. Built in gas fire pit over looking expansive city views.

The house is located in the best area of Los Angeles, on a residential street, you are less than 5-10 min away to Beverly Hills, Rodeo Dr, Sunset Strip, The Grove, West Hollywood, and numerous shops and restaurants.

The neighborhood is extremely safe. It is ok to walk around in the early morning or late at night.
