Positive: Clean towels, plenty of toiletries, comfortable mattresses.
Negative: A bad smell in the house, the metal bed frames squeak, the air vent covers are all rusty, the bathroom vanity and kitchen cabinets are old and poorly maintained, and several of the window blinds are torn or don’t function properly. Is this really what guests should expect from a luxury home?
