Imagine being just a short stroll from sinking your toes into the beautiful sand at Sandy Point surf beach or 5 minutes drive to put your boat into the waters of Shallow Inlet. This comfortable 3 bedroom family holiday home is close to all this. You will find a large comfortable couch that wraps around the TV (Foxtel connected) and a wood fire in the lounge. There is a kitchen with dining table and chair, and a deck with outdoor dining setting and BBQ for you to enjoy those balmy evenings. There are 3 bedroom, one with a queen size bed, one with a tribunk (single on top, double on bottom) and one with a set of bunks and a single bed. STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES or BUCKS/HENS NIGHTS PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking. This is not a pet friendly property. While the property is fully furnished and well equipped, it may not have all appliances and equipment you may be used to using. We apologise if this causes inconvenience.
