• The townhouse is located within the Porto Paúba Condominium on Paúba Beach on the north coast, 173 km from São Paulo, located in São Sebastião. • Porto Paúba has 5 (five) lighted pools, 3 (three) for adults and 2 (two) for children, lighted and equipped barbecue grills, pizza and roast ovens, wood burning stove, wet and dry sauna, resting place, showers indoor and outdoor, playroom, games room with pool tables, ping pong, foosball, table games in general.
• The townhouse has 101m2, 2 (two) suites with balcony, air conditioning and ceiling fan, one (1) double and one with 2 (two) bunk beds. There is living room with 2 (two) sofas, air conditioning, ceiling fan and flat screen TV, private barbecue with large internal patio, table and benches, fitted kitchen and 1 (one) half bath at the bottom. The house comfortably sleeps 6 (six) people.
• The kitchen has a table with stools, fridge, cooker, freezer, microwave, general household items, dining and coffee machine, and cutlery for 6 people.
• Daily rates do not include breakfast. The unit is equipped allowing customers to prepare meals within it..
• There are tank and clothesline.
• Do not hang any type of clothing or object on the unit's external balconies..
• There is no maid service. For cleaning purposes only, the housekeeper's residence time will be 1 (one) hour, the maximum stay time within the unit, which may not be exceeded under any circumstances.
