Perfect for a small family on a tighter budget. The studio apartment is equipped with two queen size bed and one full washroom. The interior has been freshly painted with all new furniture and new luxury hotel-quality towels and linens. The kitchen and bathroom have been fully renovated. Kitchen is equipped for all your cooking and baking needs.
Guest Access:
Guest will access the building using a key from the lock box. Access to the suite is with a access code on the smart lock. Instructions will be provided one the booking is confirmed.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the heart of downtown Montreal, 5 min walk to McGill University, 2 block from Place des Arts and 3 blocks away from the bustling Saint-Catherines Street. Minutes away from the foot of Mount Royal Park. Enjoy all the culinary food that the city has to offer located just blocks away along with all the chique cafes. YOU CAN'T BEAT THE LOCATION!!!
Home to the Montreal Symphony Orchestra, the Orchestre MΓ©tropolitain, Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, and the OpΓ©ra de MontrΓ©al, the complex is situated between Saint Catherine and de Maisonneuve Streets, and Saint-Urbain and Jeanne-Mance streets, in an area now known as the Quartier des spectacles in the borough of Ville-Marie.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and Taxis are easily available. Rent a bike through the BIXI app. The apartment is walking distance to EVERYTHING you need.

1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.

3. Free street parking is available in some area (please kindly check the sign)
*From April 3, 2022, the elevator to the laundry room and garbage room will be locked from 10:00 p.m. at 8:00 a.m. just for a few weeks (or until further notice) to prevent non-residents/non-guests of the building of going to the basement.
