Air-conditioned throughout and furnished to a very high standard, the villa has 3 good sized bedrooms each with twin beds. The upstairs master bedroom with ensuite opens onto its own spacious terrace. Downstairs there are a further two twin bedrooms and a separate family shower room. The large lounge / dining / kitchen area is open plan, with breakfast bar and dining table and comfy sofas. There is a large plasma TV with DVD and wifi. Outside there is a private pool and a variety of comfortable outside seating areas to choose from.

The Lapis Development is situated in a peaceful location right on the sea front, next to Carrington’s Sea Magic development, near the village of Esentepe. The villas are within walking distance of many local amenities: supermarket, chemist, restaurant, café/bar and an ice cream café. You can walk down to the beach in less than 2 minutes. Carrington’s offices are situated nearby in Sea Magic, for any assistance you may need. There is a daily local bus service serving all locations between Esentepe and Kyrenia, but a car is also recommended to visit the many attractions, including the famous Alagadi turtle beaches, which are only 10 minutes drive away.
