The Residence the Splendid offers modern and comfortable apartments. Its location in the heart of the city centre, less than 500 meters from the shops allows you to fully enjoy your ski holiday. You can also test mountain activities such as night skiing, tobogganing and all other winter pleasures.

For children, a day care centre is located in the resort 1km away and the ski school is located at Collet d'Allevard 12km away.
A few steps from the residence, discover the Allevard Thermal Health Centre. Guests can enjoy the relaxation area with Japanese sauna, Finnish sauna, hammam, light therapy, winter garden...The centre is also equipped with a gym.
