For a pleasant stay for young and old the accommodation offers an Internet connection and private WIFI access.
Its 35m2 exterior, with synthetic lawn, barbecue and garden furniture for 6 people will make you enjoy the leniency of the Pyrenees Orientales.
Guests can relax on their way back to the pool or the beach. Beach mattresses are at your disposal.
This rental includes 6 beds:
- a room with a bed of 2 people (new bedding) on the ground floor,
-on the floor a mezzanine offering a family room furnished with a bed Gigogne proposing 2 beds of a person, and a bed of 2 people (new bedding). All bedding is of excellent quality.
Access to the floor is protected by a small barrier that can be placed either at the bottom or at the top of the stairs.
-It is equipped with a baby kit consisting of an umbrella bed with changing table and special newborn gear and a high chair.
Each night space has its window with shutter, fan-air conditioner if necessary. But also duvets and pillows.
Disposable bedding covers are provided for each vacationer.
The living room opens onto a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge freezer very large capacity, ceramic hob 4 hearths.

It can be accessed along the Marina where the road bordering the small grocery-bakery Proxi.

* End of stay cleaning 30 € if staying from 1 to 3 nights, and 50 € if staying more than 3 nights.
