Ground floorHere is a living room with open kitchenette. The kitchen contains fridge with freezer, cooker with ceramic hob, sink and microwave. The master bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe and a seating area. The bathroom is equipped with shower / WC, vanity and towel dryer. Attic The attic is accessed via an open staircase. The floor is open plan with a visually partitioned sleeping area with two beds and a spacious living area. Electricity will be charged on the spot according to consumption. Massage treatments can be booked on site for a fee.

In the newly built holiday park in Neppermin on the sunny island of Usedom. There you expect right on the backwaters and not far from the beautiful white Baltic Sea beach our 12 newly built apartment houses and the 5 individually built cottages!The holiday park is located west on the outskirts Neppermin in the direction of golf course - Balm amidst a charming hilly landscape with forests and lakes directly on Achterwasser, near the famous imperial baths Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. The holiday home was completed in 2012. Each apartment house is designed two-storey. All apartment houses offer the same standard on a living space of approx. 72 m². Each apartment has a separate terrace with seating and a parking space. The brought bikes are parked in specially built lockable bike room. All apartment houses are designed for families with 4 people. An extra bed for 1 person is possible. In the village there is a cafe where you can get your bread in the morning or have a nice breakfast.
Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
