Design Pure! The 2-room apartment on the ground floor with a size of 50 square meters is an ideal holiday home for couples as well as for its 4 full beds for two couples and families. The apartment has been created by the professional hands of an interior designer. The color scheme in pastel and blue conjures an ambience of beach and sea in your apartment. The living area is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player and a comfortable cushioned seating area, which invites you to relax. In the living room is a high-quality Murphy bed (2x90x200cm), that you can turn in a twinkling in no time in a sleeping place for two people and fold in during the day. From the living area you enter your private northeast terrace with its own beach chair, from which you have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea and the Ahlbeck Promenade. In the loggia is a well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave (with grill function), fridge freezer and dishwasher integrated. The living area and the loggia can be optically separated by a decorative curtain. The ocean view bedroom has a celestial king bed (160x210cm) and a flat screen TV. The apartment has two bathrooms - the first bathroom connects to the bedroom (bath en suite), the second bathroom is from the hallway. Both bathrooms are equipped with a real glass shower, floor-level shower tray, hand shower, additional rain shower and spacious mirror cabinets with plenty of storage space, toilet and a hair dryer. You are welcome to use our service and a laundry package (bed linen and towels) to pay extra. In this case, the beds are lovingly covered upon arrival for you, a bath towel and a towel are ready for your stay. A parking space next to the house, a shared bicycle storage room (depending on capacity) as well as Wi-Fi access are available for free during your holiday time and complete the holiday comfort of this apartment. Washer and dryer in the house are available for a fee. Bonus: With your personal spa card you can use the buses of the Usedomer Bäderbahn on the island of Usedom free of charge. Holiday Deluxe After the Villa Louise underwent extensive refurbishment, it opens in 2009 finally its doors again. When designing the 12 exclusive two and three bedroom apartments nothing was left to chance. Each apartment is unique and shines in individual brilliance - from floor to ceiling. The 40 to 70 m² apartments can accommodate up to six people. The apartments are all equipped with a high quality kitchen and some of them have a balcony or terrace. Also for entertaining hours is guaranteed: Whether the favorite series, a DVD evening or surf the Internet - in the Villa Louise the guest must renounce any amenity. Cars and bikes are kept safe in the garage. Washer and dryer are available to the guest for a fee in the basement. Bonus: With your personal spa card you can use the buses of the Usedomer Bäderbahn on the island of Usedom free of charge.
