Welcome to Palais Rosenlund!
This historic mansion was once connected to the Holy Spirit Monastery in Flensburg. After being demolished and rebuilt in 1905, the building 2019-2021 underwent extensive renovation. The three floors have served various purposes over the years. There used to be a large storage area for supplies under the roof, and the former servants’ staircase for the household staff still exists as well. Today, it is a private residence, and due to its spacious layout, there are two vacation apartments on the first floor. A quarter-hectare lot, fully fenced, with four parking spaces, set back from highways and noise, offers the promise of relaxation in a green setting. To round out the soundscape, dozens of birds chirp in the small rhododendron arboretum in the mornings and evenings.
