This is the ideal place for a calming holiday as well as for exploring the surrounding beaches and local attractions.
The Space:
This is a modern detached house with garden, consisting of a large air conditioned living area with fireplace, 2 sofa beds (suitable to sleep 2 people) and a fully functional kitchen equipped with everything you will need in order to prepare a homemade meal with premium local products.
The two comfortable bedrooms feature a double bed each and access to the veranda. Both of the them are air conditioned and one includes an office desk.
A spacious and bright bathroom.
Enjoy relaxing moments in the veranda or the big garden where you can enjoy your breakfast, your meal or a drink, with an uninterrupted view to the sea, the surrounding mountains and the idyllic sunsets. There is also a BBQ in the balcony for unforgettable moments for you and your company.

The guests has access to all the house areas and the garden.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located 1.5km from the sandy beach of Helonaria, 2km from the pebbly beach with turquoise waters, in a quiet rural area in the middle of olive groves and only 5km from Petalidi.
Petalidi is a small seaside town, full of local shops offering averything you might need. Coffeehouses, taverns, and nice bars guarantee to offer everything you expect for your day and night entertainment. There is also a pharmacy and a health center.
There is a vast number of beautiful beached in the greater area, to name a few Tzane (2km), Kalamaki (2km), Chrani (2.5km), Karia, Helonaria (4km), Petalidi (5km), Episkopi (7km), Velika (8km) ΞΊΞ±ΞΉ Agios Andreas (9km).
The area is ideal for sightseeing and full of history and character. The venetian castles of Koroni (20km), Methoni (43km) and Pylos (37km), the infamous Voidokilia Beach (43km), Gialova wildlife refuge (45km), Polilimnio waterfalls (17km), Ancient Messini (40km), Nestorβs Palace (37km) and Kalamata city (35km) with its castle, the awarded railway park museum and the several museums of its historic center.
The international airport of Kalamata is 22km away.
Getting Around:
You can reach the area by public transportation that connects Petalidi to the International Airport of Kalamata.
Transportation is frequent and on a daily basis.
