The villa is positioned 5 kilometers from the traditional settlement of Areopolis, known for its cobbled streets, towering stone structures, elegant mansions, numerous taverns, and supermarkets. Additionally, it is 10 kilometers from the splendid seaside settlement of Limeni, the port of Areopolis, and Nea Oitylos Beach.The Anaroussa Diros Maisonette is a spacious 120-square-meter house with a 2-floor layout. It comprises 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms with a bathtub/WC on the ground floor, along with a smaller shower/WC on the upper floor.
