Guest access
Access to 1 parking space outside the building on the perimeter sidewalk with 24-hour security guard and surveillance. Please note that the building also has commercial premises and other apartments, sometimes there is a lot of activity during the day, but you won't notice it once you're inside your comfortable room equipped with anti-noise windows and blackout curtains; night time is very calm. The entrance to the building is only common area. Stays over 28 nights include average electric energy consumption, any excessive over usage may incurr in an extra charge calculated with the cost on the last receipt.
