Pool and breathtaking view
it is the ideal home to spend an authentic vacation in Salento and it was named after one of the caves of the coast of Gagliano del Capo. It`s in the green Giardino delle Cipolliane, equipped with lounges where you can enjoy a charming sea view. There are a beautiful pool and a barbecue grill, shared with the guests of the two other units, Grotta Vecchiarella and Trullo degli Innamorati.
The rooms of the characteristic "pajara"
it is a typical Salento pajara, rural house with dry walls. Today it`s a finely renovated and furnished house, with design elements and every comforts such as air conditioning, dishwasher, television and mosquito nets and it`s ideal for a couple`s getaway or for a group of people up to four. The house consists of a living room with king-size sofa bed, kitchen, master bedroom on the mezzanine floor and bathroom with shower.
The Grotte Cipolliane which the path was named after overhang on the cliff. The path is a paradise for hiking lovers. It twists and turns with a breathtaking landscape by the sea in one of the most fascinating seaside locations, between marina of Novaglie and Ponte Ciolo. The 8-kilometer path is is the Regional Park Costa di Otranto - Santa Maria di Leuca.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Shared Pool available from June to September, pool's off season opening euro 200.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- The parking is located near the entrance gate about 30 meters from the building. Large cars, off-road vehicles, SUVs etc can not access .
- Shared washing machine.
- The additional beds are with a 1 and half square sofa bed.
