The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor (7 steps) of a noble palace of the 17th century, located in the charming Via San Rufino from which the house takes its name. The apartment has been completely renovated, furnished by me and my family with taste and love, to guarantee every kind of comfort, whether you are in the city of "Francesco" for a weekend, for a holiday or for work. A delightful entrance leads to a large living room equipped with, a double sofa bed (very comfortable), a wonderful and spacious kitchen with exposed beams, which houses a large dining table, and a large sideboard with everything needed for cooking. A windowed bathroom with shower. The bedroom is located on the mezzanine floor, elegant and romantic with wooden ceiling, a large double bed and a beautiful view of the Basilica of Santa Chiara. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, radiators, flat screen televisions, free Wi-Fi. Despite being in the center, and precisely in the pedestrian area, the apartment is very quiet.
