The house belongs to a historic villa located about 200 meters above. Here is also the large pool area with sun terrace, children's pool, outdoor shower. On the spacious property with park and oak forest you can find various romantic corners, plus there are children's games, table tennis and a bocce court. The public tennis court is 500 m away. The location is suitable for relaxing and walking along the Via Francigena pilgrimage route, which passes nearby; from here you can also easily explore the many nice Tuscan and Umbrian towns and cities in the area: Monterchi with its famous Madonna del Parto (2 km), the picturesque hill town of Anghiari (10 km), Sansepolcro and Città di Castello with its large market, pinacoteca and rich cultural offer (14 km); Arezzo 35 km, Perugia 65 km.
