A few steps away there is also a good restaurant, a pizzeria and a bar. On the cantonal road you will also find a gourmet shop where you can taste fresh delicacies every day. In less than 10 minutes on foot, walking in the wonderful Gnosca countryside, you will find the beach (stones or sand) of the Ticino river. Perfect place, quiet and very sunny to spend some days relaxing and nature. The tranquility of the river allows its bathing. A few minutes by car you will reach the town of Cresciano, a very important and prestigious place for Bouldering lovers. On the other hand, if you are a mountain lover, directly from the town center, there are several paths that will take you on pleasant excursions in the adjacent mountains. Bellinzona, the capital of Ticino, is a historic jewel that, with its three wonderful medieval castles protected by UNESCO, is worth a visit. Here are organized different parties: Rabadan, Estival-Jazz, ... The railway stations of Bellinzona (reachable in 10 minutes by car) and Castione-Arbedo (reachable in less than 5 minutes by car) allow to reach many destinations. One of these is Locarno, famous for the Film Festival and the beautiful lake, which welcomes many tourists every year.
