The Croft is a beautiful, stone-built, former farm building, located on the outskirts of the village of Trawden, near Haworth, and can sleep four people. There is a two single size bedroom with en-suite wet room, a king-size double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the Juliet balcony, a ground floor basin and WC, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with patio doors to the patio area and snug. Outside there is ample off road parking, bike storage available, a log store, a front patio area with glass roof and a patio area with chiminea, furniture and a barbecue.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and electric domino ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD, stereo/CD, Nintendo Wii, WiFi, selection of books and board games. snug area with a multi-games table incorporating air hockey, table football and pool, and board games. Oil and electricity is included in the rent, however, fuel for the woodburner is to be paid for via the honesty box. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, Stairgate and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Log store. Rattan patio set area with glass roof overlooking the valley of Trawden. Patio area with chiminea, furniture and BBQ. Lockable bike store. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Local community run Shop 1 mile, and the lovely Trawaden Arms pub 10 mins walk. Note: Cottage is accessed by a 600 yard single track which is a little worn in places but easily accessible. During your stay for your safety. Note: Check-in 4pm and check-out 10am. Note: Owner is happy to accept supermarket deliveries with prior arrangement (Please note there is a £200 good housekeeping bond for this property)
