One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, cafe 2 mins walk. Bar and restaurant 2 minute drive. Note: There are six steps with a handraill from the gate to the back door. Note: The front door can be accessed by two steps via the courtyard. Note: There is a large grassed communal area for games etc. Note: The top of the Cottage garden is not suitable for young children to play as there is a 3ft drop from the flower bed down to the patio. Note: This property can not accept a Wednesday or Sunday check-in or departure. Note: Kelling beach does not allow swimming, the nearest are Sheringham (approx 5 miles) and Cromer.
