Two minutes away on the corner of Fulham Road is Sloane Avenue, a major thoroughfare from South Kensington to Sloane Square and home to a number of well-stocked supermarkets and other amenities.
This flat is a stunningly bright and spacious two double bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located in the heart of fashionable Chelsea and minutes from South Kensington tube, Harrods, Buckingham Palace, and Hyde Park. The apartment comprises of two double bedrooms, a spacious well stocked kitchen, and a bright open-plan reception/dining room alongside two well-proportioned bathrooms featuring a bath and shower.
It is located on the 2nd floor with a lift and there is a great communal garden at the back to enjoy the sun.

Should your arrival is outside of the office Hours (Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm), you will require to collect the keys from nearby lockbox.
- Check out is at 11am. Should you need a late departure, please request this directly with us 48h prior to check out. This is subject to availability and an extra cost might apply. If you stay beyond the check-out time of 11am, unless a different time has been pre arranged with us, you will be liable to pay for an extra night at your average nightly rate.
- Any sort of parties, gatherings or events are strictly not permitted. The property is for accommodation purposes only for the guests staying. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise or any activity that would disturb the neighbours.
- There is a strictly no smoking policy inside the booked property.
- Lost keys, damaged keys or getting locked out will incur a charge starting from £100 for replacement. Cost can depend on the type of key and time required of getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out.
-Depending on how you have reserved, a refundable security deposit of £350 it`s payable before arrival.
- We do not accept Cash payment for any of the charges mentioned above.
Guests will receive a rental agreement and are bound by the contract which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.
