The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with access to the garden. There are two further bedrooms, a double and a twin, each with their own en-suites.

There are many opportunities to enjoy a leisurely stroll, energetic ramble, or pleasant bike ride through the countryside. Sailing, water-skiing, riding, golf, trout, and coarse fishing are all available locally both in Lechlade and The Cotswold Water Park.
