★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
There are three (3) security recording cameras installed outside: one camera for the doorbell monitoring the front door, one camera for the driveway (SE corner above the house number), and one camera over the backyard (NW corner above the window).

Guest access:
- Guests have full access to all living areas and amenities, except the garage, the pantry, and the linens closet upstairs.
- 2 parking spaces on the driveway, and plenty of parking spaces off the street.

HOUSE RULES:
★ NO SMOKING/E-CIGARETTES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE ★
★ NO PARTIES - NO EVENTS ★
★ NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED TO STAY OVERNIGHT ★
Only registered guests are permitted on the property. An additional fee of $50 per night will be charged for each unregistered guest.
★ ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ★
★ QUIET TIME BETWEEN 10 PM AND 7 AM. ★
★ OUTSIDE FIRE PIT MUST BE TURNED OFF AFTER 10:00 PM. ★
★ Please take your SHOES OFF when entering the house. We provide house sandals/flip-flops. ★
★ BBQ GRILL ★
Clean up BBQ Grill after used and guest may have to refill the propane tank if needed.
★ Before you leave, please take all trash bag from kitchen and bathroom to the trash bin outside. Then place the trash and recycle bins at the curb. ★
★ DO NOT PARK ON THE DRIVEWAY IF YOUR CAR HAS LEAK OIL ★
★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
For security reason, we have 3 cameras located outside as follows: front door, driveway, and backyard. No interior camera.
