It is walking distance from Old Town Fort Collins, CSU, and City Park so it is surrounded by fantastic restaurants, breweries and picturesque streets. It is also a stone’s throw from the Lincoln Center, the local Performing Arts Center, where you can catch live performances year-round. Within walking distance to everything Downtown Fort Collins has to offer, this beautiful home is a great choice for your next vacation!

INDOOR LIVING: 50” flat-screen TV with Netflix, dining table with seating for 6, ceiling fans
KITCHENETTE: Kitchenette with a microwave, sink, utility size fridge/freezer, two burner cooktop, toaster, tea kettle and coffee maker; dishware/flatware, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOM: Bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.
GENERAL: Free WiFi, stacked washer/dryer, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, cleaning essentials.

PARKING: Free off-street parking in the driveway. Street parking is a 2-hour limit and strictly enforced.

NOTE: It is important to note that although the Lola House is completely separate and private, it does share part of one double-brick wall with the back house. As a historic home, it is well over 100 years old and although we have well-insulated the sealed/bolted doorway and the double-brick wall, some ambient sounds can carry. We hope that our guests will understand that this is naturally part of the character and charm of a historic Old Town West home.
