Walking distance to downtown. 5-10 miles to Lake Placid, ski & high peaks.

- Full Bath. Even bath has lake view.

- 2 bedrooms each with double beds with water view.

- There will be a pet fee of $150/pet. This is primarily for damages, pet cleaning. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets especially to all the wood work and expensive furniture.
- One security camera on site facing the driveway and another towards dock for guest's safety.
