There is a half-bathroom, laundry room, and one primary bedroom on this floor, which has a king bed and private bathroom.
The second floor includes another primary bedroom suite with a king bed and a private bathroom. A middle bedroom with another king bed and a private bath. The third bedroom on this floor features a king bed with a bathroom shared with the bunk room which has a set of two twin bunks. The four bedrooms with king beds all have 55" TV's. The second floor also features a well-appointed balcony off the second master bedroom with outdoor seating and sofa swing. Perfect space to enjoy the views of Carlton Landing!
No detail is overlooked at 61 Lower Greenway. There is plenty of hot water with a tankless hot water system. The home features an outdoor fire pit (wood provided), with six Adirondack chairs and propane grill for guests to use and newly fenced backyard.
