The main living space offers guests a cozy vibe with a small sofa, a gas fireplace, and endless natural lighting! This is the perfect spot to snuggle up and read a good book, browse on your phone using the free WiFi, or simply take a rejuvenating midday nap. When mealtime comes around, a small, but efficient kitchenette will have your back. It comes equipped with a full-size fridge, hot plate, microwave, drip coffee pot, a French press, and all the cookware and dinnerware you could need. There is a small table for two right off the kitchenette. The room is complete with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable and Roku, so you can stream your favorite series or movies.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the βDamage Waiverβ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
