- Well trained pets (dogs only) older than 1 year are welcome here! We charge an additional fee of $75/pet for your entire stay and require proof of up to date vaccination record (rabies and distemper). We ask you to keep pets off sofa, throws, pillows, sheets, comforters. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra. Cats and other animals not allowed. Please add pets in guest details. Undisclosed pets will be fined $150/pet.
- We have one garage parking spot for a small SUV available. The parking spot will not fit large SUVs. Street parking is available in a couple of blocks radius for larger vehicles.
- You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories.
- There are security cameras at the perimeter of house. There are no cameras inside the house.
- Please take shoes off at the entrance.
