The space
Inside, you’ll find a well-appointed living area with a sofa that converts to a full-size bed, a 50-inch Roku smart TV (with Netflix and Apple TV+), and a pair of ottomans. You’ll enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and a digital smart thermostat that precisely controls central heating and air conditioning.
The one-level, 429-square-foot apartment offers one dedicated off-street parking space and its own enclosed, landscaped patio with a gas barbecue grill, a tranquil fountain, a chaise lounge, and an umbrella-shaded seating and dining area. While this guest house adjoins a vintage 1960 ranch home, it is separate and private.
The kitchen has new appliances—refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, induction range/oven, and microwave—plenty of cabinet space, and a quartz countertop with bar seating. It has all the basics, including utensils, cookware, glassware, flatware, and dinnerware. Enjoy a K-cup single-brew coffeemaker and other small appliances including a blender and toaster.
