Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. Apartment was comfortable and really well-located. A few things could have made our stay better. The morning after we arrived we called Elders to report a few things: - no plug for kitchen sink made it hard to wash dishes- broken knob (found in a bottom drawer) on oven meant we could not set the temperature- down lights over kitchen area not working- we found the TV and modem turned off at the switch (not insurmountable but mildly inconvenient)- Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided but body wash was almost empty-also, but not reported there was no potato peeler or sharp knife (we purchased and left a peeler)The Elders consultant was pleasant and noted our items and said she would check with the owner about them. We never heard back. None of the things were overly detrimental to our stay but not hearing back was just not the standard of service that gets a five star rating.
