On the ground floor there are a three-room apartment and a two-room apartment; on the first floor instead a large four-room apartment.

The four-room villa Nella is located on the first floor and consists of three bedrooms, one double and two with joinable beds, a bathroom with shower cubicle, plus a service bathroom with a small shower with cubicle; a large dining room with kitchen that opens onto the terrace with pergola equipped for outdoor dining, a living room with sofa bed for two and finally a small closet. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan.
