We are corporate housing company with an interior design background. All our corporate units are tastefully designed by our great design team. They have a calm / soothing color scheme and a modern contemporary design plan. The Location The complex is a luxurious renaissance themed full service building located in the heart of Los Angeles. We are centrally located to the 10,110, 5 and 101 freeways. 5min walk to 7th/ metro subway station (connects to Hollywood, Universal Studios, Long Beach, LAX-flyaway shuttle, Long Beach, Culver City and Pasadena. -5mins to University of Southern California (USC) -10min to Silverlake / Los Feliz -15min to Pasadena - 20min to Beverly Hills -25min to Santa Monica We are within walking distance to Starbucks, Togo’s Sandwich spot, 2 cafes, restaurants, bars, LA-Live, Nokia Theater, Staples Centers and the Los Angeles Convention Center The Complex As our guest you will have access to our top of the line amenities such as - Large Swimming Pool - 2 Jacuzzis - 2 Libraries / Reading Rooms (with free Wi-Fi) - 2 Fitness Centers - Wet and Dry Saunas - Tanning Beds - Conference Room - Business Center - Access Massage and Dry Cleaning Services (Offered by 3rd party company and not included in rental). - 24-hr courtesy patrol and high definition security cameras. The property is maintained by a friendly professional staff. Our unit Our fully furnished apartment comes with stainless steel appliances and include a washer and dryer in the unit. There 2 queen size bed that sleeps 2 adults. We can add an air-mattress to the unit for additional sleeping at an additional cost. It is move in ready and stocked with linens, plates, pots, utensils, etc. The apartment comes with Direct TV (cable) and wireless internet. There are 2 assigned parking spaces in our gated parking garage.
