Positive: Great location to village, park and swimming! Comfortable, quiet neighborhood, loved the trains going by! Nice to have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lots of clean towels. Kitchen had storage for week worth of food.
Negative: Downstairs bathroom sink did not drain (easy fix) and no working fan. Needed smaller bowls and cups (kid size had to buy some) and more spoons. No hooks or closet downstairs for coats, towels, swimsuits. No broom/dustpan to help keep house picked up.
Summary: Great location and comfortable house for great family vacation!
