The view is incredible from this 2 Bedroom, 2.5-bath villa in the South Beach area of Sea Pines Plantation. The first floor of this lovely villa has the kitchen, dining room which seats 6, half bath, and living room with stunning views of Braddock Cove. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, with the primary suite facing Braddock Cove. The covered porch is the perfect spot for your morning coffee while enjoying the abundant wildlife. The ebb and flow of the tides bring the birds and dolphins into the cove to fish. The cove is known for its Redfish and Sea Trout! If you love fishing you'll love this rental! The location is very convenient to the Salty Dog Cafe, Marina, Swimming Pool, and Tennis club! Only a 5-minute walk to everything! Rental guests cannot dock their boats at the Port Villa dock. Boats and trailers are not allowed in Sea Pines Resort except for property owners.
