This deluxe oceanfront duplex is one of the most amazing properties in all of Myrtle Beach. The 4 bedroom, 3 bath house sleeps 10. The location is central to Family Kingdom Amusement Park, lots of shopping, dining, the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, the award-winning Broadway at the Beach, golf, tennis, and the Myrtle Beach Pelicans home stadium. For your entertainment there are The Carolina Opry, Alabama Theatre at Barefoot Landing, Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show (a Dolly Parton Theatre), Legends In Concert and Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament, There are 3 downstairs oceanfront bedrooms, two king and one queen-sized bed. Upstairs you'll find the 4th bedroom with a queen sized bed and with a private bath. There is a trundle bed in the downstairs south bedroom that can be made into 1 king bed. The owners live in a small apartment upstairs, but the entire downstairs and the 4th upstairs private bedroom and bath are entirely for the pleasure of our guests. This home features an oceanfront pool and spa for your family fun, as well as an outside shower. When you're ready to get out of the sun, relax on the oceanfront covered porch and plan to cook out on the patio, in an area we refer to as the "outdoor grilling area." It simply doesn't get any better than this! The laundry room is equipped not only with a full washer and dryer, but an additional refrigerator for storing those extras you want to have on hand.This is nearly the perfect location, right in the heart of Myrtle Beach's prestigious "Golden Mile." The privacy and the view of the Atlantic Ocean are nothing short of spectacular! Linens (bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats and kitchen towels) are not included. Linen packages are offered and can be ordered when you sign your rental agreement. Linens must be requested 2 weeks in advance and paid for as well.
