Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We didn’t spend a lot of time in it but it was the perfect size for us and conveniently located near ASV and downtown Oneonta. There is another apartment located on 2nd floor, only issue we ran into was there was the availability of hot water in the shower, as the water is shared between the 2. We found a couple of times we woke up at the same time and tried to shower around the same time or shortly after and ended up with cold showers.
