Beautiful private, spacious and comfortable apartment. The place is perfect for a romantic weekend getaway. Great space for families, business travelers, and surfers! You will love sleeping on these very comfortable queen-size beds. All beddings and sheets are provided. There are a large closet, nightstands, and plenty of drawer space. Natural lighting throughout. Super-speedy and reliable WiFi makes this the ideal situation for work from home vacations. There are several places where you can work in the common space as well.
This is a peaceful, respectful and family oriented community. Absolutely no parties, unregistered guests, smoking or disruptions to the quiet enjoyment of the community.
We monitor violations of any house rules which will result in up to $300 fine per incident, non-refundable termination of your reservation and removal by our onsite security team.

Failure to do so can result in $50/hour penalty for the 1st two hours. After two hours guest will be charged a penalty of one full nightly rack rate (this can vary from the rate the guest booked at). This penalty does not provide guests the right to stay an additional night but serves as a penalty for late check-out only.
