The air conditioned, 1100 sq ft condo is equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, 2nd bedroom with bunk beds (single & double), all linens, flat screen TV/DVD, stereo, patio with BBQ, heated outdoor pool & hot-tub, shared games room and fitness room.
Enjoy the pool and hot tub just steps away from the condo, relax on the private sandy beach or get active on the calm waters of Wood Lake and Kalamalka Lake (connected by canal). It offers everything you could think of in a recreation property with year round activities for all ages!
The location couldn't be any better... just 10 minutes from the Kelowna Airport, excellent Golf Courses within a 20 minute drive (Quail, The Bear, Predator Ridge & Okanagan Resort), numerous award winning wineries (Gray Monk, Ex Nihilo, 50th Parallel, Arrowleaf Estate, The Chase Winery, are a 10 minute drive), Silver Star and Big White Ski Resorts close by.
