Rate Details for Short-Stays (2-14 nights):
We structure rates to give business and family travelers flexibility. The capacity for the townhome is four, including children of all ages. The default rate of $199 - $399 per night is for up-to 2-guests sleeping in the master bedroom only, with access to the rest of the townhome. The charge for additional guests, up to four guests, is $39 per person, per night. When two adults stay and want access to both rooms, the rate is $199 - $299, plus $29 for the Queen room. When the Queen room is not reserved, the room will be locked out. Please reach out to Alexandra if your needs for the second guest room. After the additional payment is captured, an access code for the Queen room will be provided. The housekeeping rate is subject to change ($199 - $299) depending on number of guests and length of stay.
Cancellation/Reservation Change and Refunds:
Rates will not fluctuate when some guests stay less days than other guests.
Standard Season = 14-days before arrival Sept 15 - April 30
Peak Season May 1 – Sept 30 - 45-days (depending on the below mentioned OSU event weekends)
OSU Event Weekends = 60-days before arrival -
Includes Fall and Spring Family Weekends, Mother's Day Weekend, and OS Football weekends.
Premium rates apply for Fall and Spring Family Weekends, and OS Football weekends.
